Before Kai sings Ed’s big song for everyone, Kai presents Ellen with a handmade gift. Then, after catching up with her favorite singer, Ellen asks Kai if he would like to perform the song.

Kai immediately bursts out into song, closing his eyes and really feeling the emotions from the lyrics. Kai works the crowd and receives cheers from everyone.

But near the end of the performance, something happens that Kai was never expecting. The big man himself suddenly appears and Kai has no idea!

Ed Sheeran himself walks onto the stage while Kai is singing. He quietly sits beside Kai as he finishes singing and smiles as the young boy finishes belting out his song.
